Ishaan Kairab is a senior at South Brunswick High School and he has volunteered for the Princeton chapter of Asha for education since the summer of 2022. He has helped with yard sales, spreading the word about the organization, and helped raise money for the cause. Also, he’s contributed to planning the race event in terms of setting up the course and motivating the participants. Having been to India so many times and seen some of the conditions kids there have to deal with, he believed he could help kids in India get an education and Asha was the perfect place to do that! Ishaan has used some social media and WhatsApp group contacts to spread the word about Asha. Throughout his time with Asha Ishaan has gained confidence and necessary social skills that are needed in life. He is grateful that he had the opportunity to help with the Princeton chapter of Asha for Education!
