In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by constant notifications and screen time. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to refresh your mind, recharge your energy, and reclaim balance by immersing yourself in nature, creativity, and mindful activities.
Picture this: a vibrant yet gathering at tranquil Thompson Park. This day is thoughtfully designed to offer a blend of meaningful activities and quiet moments of rest. The day begins with a gentle movement session (Zumba or dance) or a walk through the park followed by group games, hands-on creative workshops, healthy meals. Afternoon is for yoga/meditation, unwinding, with reflection through silence or quiet time through journaling etc., leading to a peaceful evening.

Asha for Education is a volunteer-powered, non-profit organization that operates without a hierarchy. We firmly believe in the transformative power of education for socio-economic change. Since our inception in 1991, we have raised over $22 million and supported more than 800 projects, positively impacting thousands of underprivileged children in India.
This event is designed for individuals aged 12 and above who own a mobile device.

- Soak in the natural light and fresh air by reconnecting with Nature by walking or hiking
- Enhance Physical & Emotional Well-Being Yoga and Meditation workshops
- Boosted Creativity and enhanced Focus & Productivity through Art workshop (mandala art, painting, and other different types of activities)

What clothes to wear for the event?
Please wear comfortable clothes as this is a relaxation retreat.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring your yoga mat. Bring sneakers if you choose to play sports.
Can kids participate in the event?
Kids under 13 yrs of age can not participate in this event.
