Event Rules — Please read carefully
- Acceptable dance forms for registration:
- Bharatanatyam
- Kuchipudi
- Kathak
- Odissi
- Any other classical dance form
- No Bollywood / semi‑classical / folk dance will be allowed. This forum is strictly for classical dance/music performances only.
- To provide many schools the opportunity to perform, we will limit the number of performances to 2 per dance school and the total time should not exceed 10–15 minutes for the 2 performances.
- Students may not participate in more than one performance.
- No confetti or similar products are allowed on or off stage.
- Registration Fees
- School Registration Fee: $100 (Mandatory) — Click on the QR code to register.
- Dance Performer Fee: $20 per performer (Minimum of 6 performers required per school; cost includes dinner).
- The school registration fee and the fee for a minimum of six performers are due at the time of registration.
- Ticket Requirement
- Each participating school must purchase 10 tickets at $25 each to sell. Audience Ticket Price: $25 (includes boxed food).
- Ticket purchase by each school required by November 10, 2025.
- Example of Minimum Payment Calculation
- For a school registering 6 students plus 1 teacher:
- a. Performer Fees:
6 × $20 = $120
- b. School Registration Fee:
$100
- c. Minimum Ticket Purchase:
10 × $25 = $250
- d. Total Due Registration (Minimum Cost):
$120 + $100 + $250 = $470
- Dinner: All participants and audience members with valid tickets will receive dinner.
- Important Deadline
- Final registration and payment must be completed by November 10, 2025. All proceeds are final and non‑refundable.
- Final payment includes school registration, Dance Performer registration, and minimum purchase of the tickets.
- Additional guest tickets for admission can be purchased at the venue — $25 for age 3 and above (includes dinner).
- If an audio track is used, please send a working copy at least 15 days in advance (22‑Nov‑2025).
- Please email your audio track to princeton@ashanet.org.
- School coordinators are responsible for keeping performers ready on time.
- Once finalized, the list of events will be shared with school coordinators in advance.
- Organizers reserve the right to alter schedule/format to accommodate different situations.
- Outside food or drinks are NOT allowed in the auditorium.
- Organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or liability during the show.
- By participating, you agree to uphold the ethical and cultural values we want our kids to learn.
- Registrations will be closed once we reach the limit.
- All participants will receive volunteering hours for practicing and performing at the event. The participants will receive a trophy for event participation.
